Healthy Creations is a family run operation that began over 20 years ago in a small make shift basement bakery. It was born out of necessity when 2 of our 3 children were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Creating, developing and perfecting gluten free products has been a labour of love for Chris Brecka, owner and head baker. Opening the commercial establishments has been a dream come true. We are grateful for our customers and we are very thankful for this recognition from New World Report.
