A Passion for Real Estate The scope of Law Office of Sung & Associates includes business law, corporate law, trusts, immigration and most importantly, work related to commercial real estate laws. In addition, Ms. Sung has operated several franchise hotels or motels, since 1992. Under her good management, she made them more profitable from the loss in profits by initiating renovations, establishing an institutionalized management model, as well as utilizing the central reservation systems. As Ms. Sung is intensely interested in real estate, she is also a real estate investor, and developer, who invests, and develops some commercial real estate projects such as shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, and land. During Ms. Sung’s childhood, she looked up to her father who was often enthusiastic to help other people. She deeply felt the philosophy of: ‘The value of life, do not care how much she can own, but how much can be donated, and contributed’, and that ‘it is more blessed to give than to receive’. Therefore, in her spare time, Miss Sung did not forget to contribute to the wider community, and as such to participate in such welfare activities. She is one of the World Ambassadors’ ambassadors, and donors, who has assisted third-world poor children for many years, as well as African orphans. She has also donated to children’s school suppliers, including stationery supplies on a regular basis, and helping refugees, providing free legal services for the disadvantaged. Miss Sung has also assisted in helping battered children, and women, and regularly contributing to several children’s hospitals as well as cancer funds. As a result, Miss Sung has many friends, who she often works with when taking part in charitable pursuits. Certainly, Miss Sung LE170063 takes part in fundraising activities in the form of her own company or by herself, in conjunction with other societies, friends, and organizers. Such activities include charity fund-raising parties; participation in the planning of a dragon boat race to raise funds; desert charity activities and marathon walks. Recently, Miss Sung visited an orphanage, donating school supplies and daily necessities to orphans in the Dominican Republic. She feels very fortunate to be able to impact the lives of others. She said: “I don’t think I have helped them, but they are both helping and inspiring me. Their bravery and strength enables me to see the life experience of others, as well as their qualities devotion, toughness after suffering, and good vitality. Their innocence and kindness is evident to me, always from the heart with a beautiful smile, and full of gratitude. My heart is full of love for them and I am moved by their attitudes, but they also make me more blessed and thankful for my own life.” Miss Sung strongly believes that education for children today is very important indeed. In her opinion, education can lead to human progress, but it can also change the future of people’s lives. Many poor children live in the third world or in Asia, some in remote areas, where even
