Founder, and dreamer, Chris Adams, tells us more about this innovative new network. ased in Las Vegas, Dreamr as a company operates in the mobile app space, the blockchain space, and the media space. The mobile app, which is available for download onto Android and iOS devices, allows people to declare their dream and start building their tribe of like-minded supporters in an easy and engaging way. Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Chris Adams, incepted the company in 2015 as a way to help people realise their dreams. He tells us more about the rationale behind the app. “Here at Dreamr, we dream of a world where there is an abundance of opportunity for everyone,” he states. “We dream of a world where our fellow human beings remember that in their heart lives profound force of limitless potential. It is our core belief that if the world can inspire a dream within someone, it is within their power to achieve it.” The primary focus of the team behind the app is to support the users’ individual dreams, along with creating a harmonious, positive environment for people to collaborate. When it comes to differentiating from other social media networks, Chris explains that Dreamr prefers to stay in its own lane and set its own pace. “Our mission makes it simple for us to collaborate with people and brands that have value to add to the Dreamr community. And we listen to our user base to determine the next features that are needed most to help overcome roadblocks on the path to dream achievement.” Being a completely distributed team working all around the world, things such as communication and centralized access to information and status of projects are extremely important in order for the business to run effectively, however the welfare and happiness of staff members is also of paramount importance to Chris and the internal culture of the Dreamr team focuses on harmony and collaboration. “We make efforts to support our staff members’ dreams and make sure that their work with the company aligns with what they’re passionate about.” Covid-19 has sparked a boom in just about every area in which Dreamr operates. However, this only fuelled the fire and provided motivation to the team to get the Dreamr services out even faster, and to develop and improve them due to the urgency of people needing assistance. It also paved the way for more positivity and presented the perfect opportunity to help people to move forward with their lives by helping them envision their dreams. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, Chris and the Dreamr team also snatched the opportunity to promote their product and took to the road by going on tour with Dreamr Executive Charlie Jabaley to lend a helping hand to as many people as possible, and shine a light on positivity during what was a tough time collectively. The Dreamr Sponsored Charlie Rocket’s Dream Machine Tour has been a big success for the brand, landing collaborations with big brands such as Hasbro, and celebrities like NBA star Bam Abedayo from the Miami Heat.
