Rust is a Costly Problem Why are our products different from all the others? We make patented rust converting coatings. Most other products on the market are only rust inhibitors. What does that mean? The rust inhibitors only slow down the corrosion process. Our coatings convert rusted surfaces into paintable surfaces in one easy step, with superior adhesion to all metal surfaces, clean or rusted, such as steel, core tan steel, tin, zinc, galvanized metal and aluminium. The result is a satin finish that may be left as is or may be painted over for additional environmental protection or appearance. With their unique, special properties our products can be used in a wide variety of applications, from tricycles to battleships. How does that work? It’s magic! X-ray Diffraction Spectroscopy (XRD) lab testing shows there is no rust under the painted area. Rust Knock Out® has an insignificant VOC of 30 grams/liter as well as some acid, alkali, and solvent resistance. Both Rust Destroyer® and Rust Knock Out® are approved by the Korean Register of Shipping. And that’s not all! We’ve also developed, and are manufacturing and marketing Fast Dry Rust Destroyer ® a solvent based product with an insignificant VOC of 65 grams per liter. This eliminates all the restrictions everywhere, even in the south coast of CA where there is a VOC limit of 100 G/L. Time is money - FAST DRY RUST DESTROYER® dries to touch in 10 minutes! All three products are easy-to- use, one-step systems that can be applied directly over rust, bare metal, and previously painted surfaces. Before applying, just remove loose or scaling particles, grease, and dirt so that you are working with a firm, paintable surface. No sandblasting, scraping to bare metal, or sanding is needed.
