Grand Opening American Collectors Insurance, a leading provider of insurance for Collector Vehicles, Classic Motorcycles and Specialty Collectibles has announced the opening of their new state of the art contact center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. “American Collectors Insurance continued growth in Southern New Jersey is a testament to the outstanding customer service provided by our team in Cherry Hill,” said Chuck Hellings, Director of Sales and Marketing for NSM Insurance Group, the parent company of American Collectors Insurance. “While many of the cars and collectibles that we insure are historic in nature, we want to service our policyholders with the latest state of the art technology which has been incorporated into our new facility. The new contact center will handle more than 80,000 internal and external customer interactions this year, servicing customers from all 50 States and the District of Columbia. Located at Garden State Park, the 25,800-plus square-foot facility showcases an assortment of modern design elements including large window areas allowing the flow of natural light into the space. Workstations are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort while being arranged to support multiple teams. Rooms are accented with colorful designs in carpet and laminate flooring, varying paint schemes and artistic light fixtures, all designed to provide the most productive environment for the professional staff.
